Hi Kenny,
I have to tell you, I tried your company for the first time recently, based on a friend’s recommendation. I was impressed! I have old metal crank-out windows on my home,
and no repair person could get them to close right. I couldn’t believe that you guys
could do it without removing the window - or some crazy, expensive, inconvenient
things. But you did.
Then I had your company do a sliding screen door too - another tricky fix-it problem.
Again, a great job. What’s more,your workers are diligent and clean up once they’re
done. I also like how reachable you and your staff are: no automated vm hell or 800 #s.
You’re there, ready to be of service.

I want to thank you and your team for doing such a great job with my installation. Frankly,
the living room and dining room windows look so much like the old ones (which was my goal),
that I had to look twice to confirm they were new. I really appreciate being able to trust

I just wanted to send you a note letting you know just how good your guys are. I’m sure you know this, but I thought it would be good to hear from a sometimes difficult, demanding, perfectionist customer like myself. The quality of the work is outstanding. Rarely am I impressed, but the work was fantastic.

Dear Tashmans,
Your Glazier, Greg, worked on a job for me last week and I have to say how helpful he was.
He was open to my suggestions as to how we should tackle the job, which was a very unusual window fixture. His goal was the same as mine. Namely, to complete the job to the highest standard possible to satisfy my customer. He received my input as helpful advice and not criticism, when I inspected the job at the finish.Nothing was too much trouble. His experience and expertise as a Glazier was obvious, as well as his patience in finishing the window replacement to a very high standard.
Thank you for your firm's help in this matter. I will call on you again in future without hesitation and I will request that Greg be assigned to my job please. He is surely a great asset to your firm.
