Dear Tashmans,

Your Glazier, Greg, worked on a job for me last week and I have to say how helpful he was.

He was open to my suggestions as to how we should tackle the job, which was a very unusual window fixture. His goal was the same as mine. Namely, to complete the job to the highest standard possible to satisfy my customer.

He received my input as helpful advice and not criticism, when I inspected the job at the finish.

Nothing was too much trouble. His experience and expertise as a Glazier was obvious, as well as his patience in finishing the window replacement to a very high standard.
